Simple!

1. Phone us on 0800 58 78 03 and we will provide an easy quote in most cases over the phone.

2. We can then discuss the Regular-ness of the Window Cleaning being carried out along with the subsequent discount based on the regularity of the service. That’s it!

3. We will book your service in via our online Customer Relationship Manager, ServiceM8, and you will receive a notification of confirmation of booking.

4. 24-48 Hours before your service you will receive a text or email from us confirming that we will be completing your service at your selected time.

5. Approximately an hour before the start of the service, we will send a “We Are On The Way” message.

6. Once the service is completed, we will send a Commercial Job Completion Report and include Photos for your ultimate peace of mind. An Invoice is then sent only after the Commercial Job Completion Report is sent.

Commercial window cleaning is priced on a quote-by-quote basis, depending on the building size, location, and cleaning frequency. This is dependent on the number and size of windows. We will work with you to ensure we are “in and out” as fast as we can to minimise any disturbances, if any, that make take place from our Window Cleaning Services.

Exterior only Window Cleaning can be easily completed without you being present, we will provide proof of work in our follow-up communication to put your mind at ease.

If you have some other appointments to attend to or the cleaning must be done after-hours, that’s completely fine! However it’s not always necessary for you to be in your store or building for the entire appointment. We can start on the inside windows and once we are finished you can lock up and leave and we can continue on the exterior windows.  

If you do wish to have only the exterior windows cleaned, internal access is not necessary and can easily be done after-hours.

Squee:gee’s Window cleaning doesn’t involve any noise. However, if you don’t want even a small form of disturbance, then you can allocate your booking time to the Weekend or After-Hours. Whatever suits you!

We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask it that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any items that may be on the window sills such as antiques or breakable items. 

Our friendly staff are happy to help move larger items (within reason of course!)
