Squee:gee’s Interior Window Clean is a basic traditional window clean comprising of: Clearing Cobwebs/Debris, Basic Wipe Down of Frames including Mould & Mildue, Window Wash, Bronze or Fine Steel Wool if required (Unless inappropriate due to Tints etc.), Squeegee, and Final Detailing.

For Exterior Window Clean’s, Squee:gee’s Technicians use state-of-the-art Pure Water Fed-Pole’s which leave a “Spot-Free” Finish. This Water has been filtered to become pure, and when the window is dry, it won’t leave any watermarks in doing so. No More Smears! This also provide’s us with the ability to reach up to three stories in height.

We use our Digital TDS Meter to measure the water hardness from your garden hose or tap. Water hardness is determined by checking the TDS (total dissolved solids) which is measured in PPM (parts per million). The TDS is the total amount of all minerals, salts and metals present in water – and is responsible for water spotting left on the surface of your vehicle or windows after washing. We measure TDS Daily to Ensure a Pure Water Window Clean Spot-Free Result.

Please keep in mind our Basic Clean’s do not include Hard Water Stain Removal or Scraping, we are looking at bringing these as add-on service’s in the future.

However, 99% of debris will be removed!

Please Note: Unless otherwise stated, Window Cleans will not include Sunroom/Conservatory Windows (Internal & External), High Skylights (Internal & External), Internal Glass Doors, Glass Balustrades etc. These can be easily be quoted upon arrival if you wish for them to be done. Squee:gee’s Cleaning Technicians do a basic wipedown of your frames and sill’s in your Windows. All our customers are very happy with this service as it is a bonus that competitor’s do not do.

If you are after a “Deep Clean” with the “Q-Tip” Treatment, Squee:gee can offer this but it would cost at the minimum another $200.00 and be charged on a per Hour Basis rather than a quotation being provided. This is why we suggest that if you are after this type of deep clean service that you contact a residential cleaner who specialises in this.

If you are unable to pay immediately after your Window Cleaning Service is complete or wish to pay via Bank Transfer, we will send you an Online Invoice where you can easily pay via Bank Transfer or Credit Card/Debit.

Typically, Payment is done via Bank Transfer when the Invoice is sent, usually, the Following Day.

It is our policy to complete a scheduled job rain or shine. In the event of light precipitation we will continue as scheduled because rain does not effect the cleaning.

 In the event of heavy rain or showers, we will return within 1 to 2 days to complete the outside work. All inside windows are completed on the day of scheduled booking so as not to disrupt your schedule. 

Ahh the age old myth! Rain does many things but it does not make a clean window dirty. It may make a dirty window look dirtier, but only if there is dirt already on the window.  Actually, rain usually will help keep windows cleaner, longer if the windows have been clean.

In some circumstances, we will be unable to reach a window or two due to an incredibly difficult angle or something may be in the way, ie. a Pagola. Rest assured, we will try our absolute best!

We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any items that may be on the window sills such as antiques or breakable items. 

Our friendly staff are happy to help move larger items (within reason of course!)

Squee:gee’s Window cleaning doesn’t involve any noise. 

However, if you don’t want even a small form of disturbance, then you can allocate your booking time to the Weekend, after your business closing hours, or when you are out of the house.

Exterior only Window Cleaning can be easily completed without you being present, we will provide proof of work in our follow-up communication to put your mind at ease.

If you have some other appointments to attend to or the cleaning must be done after-hours, that’s completely fine! However it’s not always necessary for you to be in your store or building for the entire appointment. 

We can start on the inside windows and once we are finished you can lock up and leave and we can continue on the exterior windows.  

If you do wish to have only the external windows cleaned, internal access is not necessary and can easily be done without you being present.

Yes! Squee:gee is able to clean home’s that have tinted Windows, however it will never be as good of a result when compared to Windows that have no film attached to them.

Why? We can not use any abrasive’s such as Fine Steel or Bronze Wool otherwise it may scratch the Tint leaving damage. As a result, there will be some things such as oil splatter that will be very difficult to get off.

We do! However we tend to leave it to New Build/Post-Renovation construction cleaners who are able to get rid of cement splatter, excess paint splatter on the frames and class, and high windows which require sticker removal. 

However, if you are after a Standard Window Clean or Home SoftWash, we would more than happily do so!
